What is HotelPlus Cloud?

HotelPlus Cloud is a mobile-first cloud property management system, or PMS, from HotelPlus. It is designed for small hotels and Airbnb hosts in Zanzibar, bringing reservations, distribution and connected reporting into one workspace.

What does an order mean?

It records your property's interest in HotelPlus Cloud. No payment is collected and no subscription starts.

What happens after I register?

You receive a HotelPlus confirmation with your hotel's details. Our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and onboarding.

When can my property be onboarded?

Contact us to confirm availability and the onboarding plan for your property. An order does not activate the software or reporting connections.

What does the current offer cover?

The special offer starts at US$29/month monthly for 1–10 rooms/units. View every room-band price.

Can I use it on my phone?
